how newtons law apply to the world

Every where around us there are newtons laws. Every single day there are billions of newtons laws taking place. they could be as simple as stopping a car, or as complex as splitting the atom. What people don't realize is that most activities they do every day such as playing soccer or eating.

Significant post

One thing that is significant to me is music. Listing to music is one of my favorite things to do. I would rather listen to music other then to watch tv or play video games. There is many different songs that i like. I think the world would be boring without music. Some types of music i like are rock,and rap. If there was no music movies would not have background music in them. There would not be any concerts. There would be no such thing as dancing. Music is very significant to be it can cheer you up or make you sad but i need it to live life at the fullest.

Today so far was very boring. Tody is thursday may 20 2010. 1st hour was gym and we played golf which was not fun at all. The grass was wet and there was bugs and gnats everywhere biting me. 2nd hour was tech ed and we learned about rockets. Now i am in Laugage arts 3rd hour. I am not looking forward to math next hour, its boring and i have a quiz on surface area and volume. Then i have sceince which is ok but kind of hard

Favorite thing thst happend this week

My favorite thing that happend this week was probably playing 8 base in gym. It is a fun game where you hsve to run around four mats in the gym twice. I like gym period and it is my favorite class because i dont have to use my brain and it is easy to get an A in. Alot of the games we play in gym are fun most of the time we play actual sports most of the time. My favorite sport we play in gym is propbablly baseball. My alltime favorite sport we can't is football but we can't tackle so i don 't think it's fun.

Waldo and Nathan

Waldo was a young lonely boy, he had no friends .He never met his father. After a while Waldo finally said enough and that he was going to find a friend. His new goal was to set out to find a friend. All the other boys at school bullied him daily, so that didn’t work out. Feeling miserable Waldo wandered if he’ll ever find a friend. Until one day when there was a new kid introduced as Nathan in front of the class.
Nathan was a rather thin boy who didn’t have a whole lot of muscle. As Waldo was walking home one day, a boy that usually bullied him chucked a rock at his head. Then a mob of boys came and kicked him until he had broken ribs. The next day Nathan approached him with curious eyes. Waldo told him what happened and the two became good friends.
Soon after days and days of beatings Waldo called the cops. He pressed charges for Disorderly Conduct. All the boys that bullied him where sentenced to 1 year in jail. Waldo for once in his life was happy. While Waldo was enjoying his freedom he went to the woods to build a fort, he met Nathan there and the friends built an amazing fort that they went to when they were sad.
Waldo one day was kicked out of his house by his mom that had been drinking. He went straight to the fort and met Nathan there crying. Asking what was wrong Waldo found out that Nathan’s dad died. Feeling sorry for him Waldo tried to comfort him. Nathan always everyday appeared tired and sad and could not concentrate on his school work. He eventually started doing poorly and getting terrible grades.
Every single day Nathan was more and more sad and was starting to get very thin. Waldo decided to buy a card for Nathan trying to make him feel better but Nathan was sadder then ever. Worrying about his friend Waldo wrote a long letter and told him how he had a lot of important people still left in his life and how he understood why he was sad but still was concerned about his health. In the middle of the night Waldo was awoken by the sound of sirens. It turns out Nathan was token to the hospital because of partially starvation. Nathan was so depressed he wasn’t eating. He didn’t eat for a total of 3 weeks.
Day after day Waldo waited for his friend to recover and finally after 1 week Nathan was fine enough to get out. Nathan was still a little weak and they couldn’t play as rough. Waldo noticed his friend was a kind of different, he would not talk as much. Waldo asked his friend if anything was wrong. He said he was fine a the two sat there for a little while longer without saying anything.
The next day after lunch Waldo went to the fort but Nathan wasn’t there he looked all over town but could not find Nathan. Waldo went to Nathans house and knocked on the door, a man Waldo had never seen before came to answer the door. Confused Waldo asked if Nathan was there the man said there was a boy here named Nathan that moved yesterday. Suddenly Waldo felt very sad he was in tears he would never see his friend again. He ran to the fort and took a stick and destroyed his fort he was so angry. He ran into the street to get to his house but was struck by a car.
Waldo suddenly woke up and was lying on a bed in a hospital with bandages all over his face and he could not see but heard a familiar voice “hello friend”.

The Marines

There is a crowd congratulating you for your actions in the marines. Honored as a war hero for centuries. The marines are an honored branch of the military that is dangerous but has benefits as well.

The marines offer to help pay for your college if you stay with them for a couple years. This is a great way to honor your country and get an education. Getting an education is great because you will get paid more then most people. Also you can buy a nice house and start a family.

Marines are the most dangerous because they are the people that go in the front lines of all the fighting. They have the highest chance of dying. In 2006 the U.S deaths was a little more than 44,000.

In the marines you get many great benefits that are great but you will have to take a risk as well. Not Knowing if you’ll survive or not is a risk you will have to be willing to take.

My favorite athlete is Donald Driver the wide reciver for the Green Bay Packers. He is number 80. I think he is the best WR in the NFL.

One day an ordinary group of friends were having a BBQ in their back yard. Their names were Tom, Bill, and Chuck. Bill was working on the burgers when all of a sudden a van comes crashing through the yard almost killing Tom. It turns out the van was stealing a button from the queen of England’s dress, that was worth millions.

`Chuck quickly thinking took out his trusty dental floss. He ropes the back of the van where you can connect a trailer to. Chuck is wiped off his feet and is already being dragged along the street pavement. He digs in his pocket and takes out his camera phone and takes a picture of the vans licenses plate. The number is 4030. Chuck is dragged alone until the robbers stop at a local gas station to redeem there coupon for a free cup of coffee also they decide to buy a case of Pringles chips.

When they get back chuck is already in the van then they drive to a dark warehouse were they drop of the button for a total of 3 million dollars. They leave with the cash and head to the casino. When they arrive Chuck quickly busts out through the back of the van he takes a taxi back to his friend’s house. He immediately goes to the police and shows the picture of the license plate. The car was stolen and was not found.

While Chuck was in the van he also swiped the Pringles lid and showed it to the police. They got the finger prints and arrested the robbers for grand theft auto and armed robbery. They traced the diamond down and it ended up in Peru. Chuck was given a 100,000 as reward for finding the button. Chuck went home with the money and Tom, Bill, and Chuck finished the BBQ with.

FAVORITE BAND: My favorite band is Aerosmith. I like their style of Rock. They have been around for the 70’s and are really famous. I think in 2001 they played at the Super Bowls halftime show. I have the Guitar Hero game dedicated to them it is fun because they have a lot of their old songs. My favorite songs by them are Amazing, Angel, and Sweet Emotion. I saw recently on Youtube that Steven Tyler the singer, fell of stage and fractured his collar bone I believe. I also heard that Joe Perry the main guitarist and Steven Tyler are not getting along very well, and Steven Tyler might be auditioning for Led Zeppelin

I absouloutly love movies. The world would be such a boring uncheerful place with out them. Here are some of my favorites. The Omen,Jeepers Creepes 1 and 2, Pet Semetary ,Rocky1,2,3,4,5, and the newest Rocky, Preditor 1 and 2, Transformers 2, Last Action Hero,Rush Hour 1,2and 3,Zombieland, The Saint, Pursuit of happeness, Red Eye,Disturbia, I am Legend, The Terminal, Good Luck Chuck, Knocked Up, The Dark Night, and Terminator Salvation.

You have no money, you are lonely and down. Trying to find something to fill your stomach. Kyle from "Streetwise" lived like that for six months. I would not like to live like Kyle nor do you, so why do we treat others with disrespect. Streetwise is an inspiring story because, it shows people like us even if we have nothing we still should not give up hope.

Music

My favorite song is Whatcha SayBy Jason DeRulo and Mrs. Independent By Ne-yo. I also like rock bands like Aerosmith, and The Scorpions. I also like Hip Hop and Rap. I like 80s music a little my mom listens to it a lot so I hear it. Music is really amazing because of the way some people make up the lyrics.

Football Dan Economou





Football makes me feel as if I am very powerful. After feeling the intenseness of an outstanding game of tackle football my body feels pumped. The next day I wake up sore, remembering the beating my body took the other day. I want to make it to the NFL and play with the Green Bay Packers. Someday I want to be as famous as Donald Driver being a Wide Receiver. My favorite NFL teams are the Packers and Cardinals. I can’t wait for the Super Bowl.
